Eric Langerman learned the business from his dad. Growing up, Eric went to construction sites with his dad and worked alongside the crew, gaining valuable firsthand experience in the industry. When Eric returned home from the Marines in 1992, he went to work for the family business, eventually starting his own company.
The construction business wasn’t the only thing Eric Langerman picked up from his dad. He also learned the importance of honesty and integrity, two qualities still highly valued and demonstrated by the Langerman Exteriors & Remodeling team.
For nearly 25 years, Langerman Exteriors & Remodeling has provided Twin Cities metro area homeowners with exceptional customer service, quality products, and superior workmanship. Over the years, we’ve developed strong relationships with suppliers, general contractors, and insurance company representatives, allowing for a more streamlined repair or remodeling process.

ERIC LANGERMAN
Owner/President
Eric Langerman has been around the construction business since he was a kid. After a four-year commitment to the Marine Corps, at age 22 he began working for his father at Minnesota Roofing & Remodeling. Eric worked his way up through the company and led multiple divisions during his time there. He has worked as a roofing foreman, an estimator, and led a variety of housing and restoration divisions.
He started Langerman Exteriors Inc (LEI) in 1998 in his hometown of Brooklyn Park and has since helped it grow into a company of 27 employees serving both townhome and condominium communities as well as homeowners all over the Twin Cities. Eric is a Haag Certified Roof Inspector.
Eric is a 1988 graduate of Park Center High School and served in the United States Marine Corps from 1988-92. He credits his leadership skills and ability to reach consensus, along with his integrity to the Marine Corps.

Tim Konz
Vice President
Tim Konz started with Langerman Exteriors in February 2008. He earned a Bachelor's degree from St. Cloud State University. Tim enjoys camping, fishing, and watching his kids' sports.

Julie Heiskala
Controller
Julie Heiskala has been with Langerman Exteriors since October 2014. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business degree from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management, and brings a wealth of accounting experience to the role. Julie is a Notary Public and a Minnesota Real Estate salesperson. Julie is raising two cats that were part of a litter found in the engine compartment of her boat in 2013.
FUN FACT: Julie has read the entire 58-book Hardy Boys series while driving on family vacations.
